Love this place! Its become our family's tradition for weekend breakfast and fellowship. We love living so close we can walk there!

Food was really good!

We visited with a group and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was great and our food was correct and came out together and hot! I'm not surprised by this, as we frequent all of the area Yours Truly locations.

Food is alright. Bottom line however, is the lack of service and poor food I have had here (shaker square) I have received spoiled chocolate milk two times. The food is overpriced and the biggest rip off is when you come with a "large party" DO NOT COME with a large party. 18% is added to your total including tax. Also, the service when you have a "large party" is extremely lackluster and you are left waiting for a server almost every time. I understand that there is lots of food to be made but time and time again you have to wait even to just order. Somehow however, I keep coming back because of the classic good food. Still a rip.

The food was delicious. We had to request a different server due to his very out of order and disrespectful comments because we were having a meeting, drinking coffee and hadn't ordered breakfast yet. It wasn't busy, he only had two tables.

Fast service, extensive menu. Not too expensive either. Very nice atmosphere in a classy section of town.

It serves the American breakfast/brunch. I like the place and go there quite often.

We stopped by around 2 p.m. on a weekday. It had lots of delicious options. There could have been a few more vegetarian options, which would have been helpful for our family, but overall, it was a great experience. Recommended!

Food was excellent!!! The service was something less desired. Menu selection was eclectic and had some classic breakfast selections as well.

I love Your Truly at Shaker Square because the worker are very nice and then welcome you very clean there the food is great. Everyone that come in is very Beautiful and the worker have very beautiful smile. And you not waiting all day for your food. I will be back. Absolutely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long while. Service was excellent and friendly. I had 2 eggs with monster hash browns, toast, bacon and a side of corn beef hash. It was all perfectly prepared, just like I'd do at home.But little touches mean a lot to me so fresh squeezed OJ and the liittle packets of Smuckers blackberry jelly were pleasant syrprises. I didnt even know that existed because you usually only get grape and naybe strawberry.Anyway, try this place if you have a chance. AND prices are super fair.

Just got done came in at 12pm Friday. Good server and service but took 1 hr 15 min to get the food. Not to mention it was cold. Food was very disappointing for the price you pay; way too expensive compared to other comparable places. This place is not proprietary in any way, not worthy of the prices. I had been here a few years ago and swore I would never go back because of its prices and it never has exactly what I want. Decided to go back for my mother in law and my husbands visit. Had an open mind. Disappointed again. Never coming back ever. For good this time.

Great food and the server Herman had great customer service

Called in an order that was said to be ready in 15-20 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up and waited another 30 minutes to get our order and it was room temperature after waiting so long! Person that rang up my order, Caucasian woman with red/burgundy long hair, seemed to be having a bad day, was not a people person. Very disappointed with the service and even more so the fact that our order was luke warm after waiting so long for it to be ready.

they are exceptionally slow on Saturday. we had to change food to go five minutes before food came out. it came out to eat in restaurant and eggs were not hot

I tried something new for once instead of a burger I got a bowl of chili which was delicious and flavourful a strip steak cooked perfectly to medium rare as I like it I forget the side dish all was quite tasty and I washed it all down with my favorite beverage lemonade the atmosphere was very nice and our waitress was a lovely friendly accommodating young woman we even shared a laugh I highly recommend this restaurant.

A nice place, a nice environment, at least for a foreignrr like me. Been there twice in 3 days enjoyed a breakfast and a lunch. I wish they were closing a bit later then 4 pm.

Waiter was wonderful and food good. There were 2 young men at counter that took care of me. Thanks for the great customer service.

We needed some time to talk and have a small bite to eat. Our burgers were delicious and our waitress Jasmine a true gem.

It was my first time there and I enjoyed myself.... The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean....i will be back!

Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff!

Food is pretty good. Service is hit or miss, they don’t handle mistakes very well. Mistakes happen but how a business deals with them is important. My last experience left me angry enough to not really want to go back for a while.

Conveniently located in an old beautiful building with tasteful interior design this is my all time favorite low-key and non-pretentious places in the heart of Shaker Heights.Delicious, freshly made burgers, pastas, salads, soups, and much more. Interior resembles French-bistro.Bon appétit!!!

Don't waste your time or money. I normally love YT's fish fry-day meal but this YT obviously had no idea how to cook fish. I literally have never had a meal so covered in oil in my life. It took 5 napkins to make the meal even remotely edible. There was so much oil in the bottom of my to-go container that my fries became soggy! If they are okay with letting food out of the kitchen in this condition then I would never go to this location again. So sad because I was really looking forward to this meal that I love at other locations!

The food was very good. I had the chicken walnut salad and my friend had the chicken quesadilla and we shared the sweet potato fries. The service was a little off; the waitress didnt check on us much and we had to ask for napkins, refills etc. Other than that the place is great.

Great but slow service with food that can be accomadated for most anyone. The food was surprisingly good and consistent with other branches. It was quite loud and a rather odd environment, but this is to be expected with most restaurants at lunchtime.

Always great food here!!! The killet skillet is the best and is feeling. I can never finish one. The corn be hash here is great also!!
